Austins first opened in Omaha,
Nebraska, in 1989 with the founders' vision to serve fresh, Midwest,
hand-cut steaks aged for 21 days with a nice selection of
made-from-scratch recipes, set in a fun western atmosphere, at
reasonable prices.
Over the years there were eight Austins in four
states and the ownership changed hands several times. Losing the
direction the founders started, all but this Austins have closed.
Recently, our Omaha-based company, Cutchall
Management, acquired this
Austins with the plan of returning to the company's roots started by
the founders years ago.
Our mission is to serve the highest quality food
in a friendly and timely manner in clean, pleasant surroundings.
